Meet the Dentist & Staff
Dr. Thomas Krull
I graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1984 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Since graduation, I have made a sincere commitment to improve my knowledge through continuing education. I have taken countless training sessions in all phases of dentistry. I have been in private practice in my own office since 1986: 11 years in Alsip, before moving to the current location in Oak Forest.
You can feel secure knowing that I have a long history treating patients in the southwest suburbs. I have built a large, loyal following of patients. I believe in delivering state-of-the-art dental care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere of old-fashioned quality. It is my desire to make you feel like you are at home with friends when you visit my office. I am skilled in all forms of dentistry. I treat patients of all ages, from children just getting their first tooth to adults in their 90s and beyond. Whatever you desire or need can be found in my office. I can treat your needs with teeth cleaning, cosmetic smile makeovers, ClearCorrect® invisible braces, veneers, Lava® crowns, implants, traditional braces, crowns, bridges, fillings, root canals, extractions, dentures, and more. I am a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.
I am also an active Catholic. I’ve been married since 1985. My wife, Laura, and I have 4 children (Justin, Lucas, Caitlin and Carly), and 3 dogs. My outside interests include running, cycling, downhill skiing, and swimming. I am an official for Illinois Swimming, Inc. Age Group Swimming.
Hello, I’m Ann. I have been a part of Dr. Krull’s team since 2008. I am “The Front Desk.” I am the first voice you hear when you contact the office and the first face you see when you arrive. I answer the telephone and handle appointment scheduling, insurance claim processing, billing, and whatever else.
Dr. Krull has proven to me to be a very gentle dentist as well as a great boss. He takes great concern with all his patients. So when you need to visit us, please tell me your dental concerns and I will do my best to answer your questions. We want you to feel comfortable as you can in our office. We look forward to seeing you soon.
My name is Julie and I have been a dental assistant since 1998. I was trained on the job and realized dentistry is where I wanted to be. I have been working with Dr. Krull since 2007, and he is a wonderful dentist who is very kind to his patients and employees. I love working with patients and helping them achieve great oral health through education and necessary treatment. We know that no one likes to go to the dentist, but I try to make you feel at home. I don’t judge you. I want you to come back and take care of any problems you have.
Here is a little more about myself: I have been married since September 2012 and have a wonderful son, Caden. I spend most of my time trying to keep up with him, which is impossible. He has the energy of 10 children. I wouldn’t change him for the world, because he is definitely one of a kind. When I do get time away from home, I play on a volleyball league year round and I also like to draw and paint. Well, that’s all I’m going to give about myself. For the rest, you will have to make an appointment.
